Quotations
Website specifications and service prices are references. Current product availability, batch documentation, packaging scope, delivery schedule and final pricing are confirmed in a written quotation.
Testing reports
Third-party reports apply only to the sample identified in each report. They do not constitute a universal claim for other products, lots or future production.
International fulfillment
Buyers are responsible for confirming that requested materials may be lawfully purchased, imported, possessed and used at the destination. Fulfillment is subject to buyer qualification, destination requirements, customs and carrier acceptance.
Payment methods
Lotveris accepts BTC; USDT on Tron, Ethereum or Solana; USDC on Ethereum or Solana; ETH; SOL; bank wire transfer; and Alipay. Cryptocurrency payments receive 10% off the applicable order quotation. PayPal is available with a 3% handling fee.
Use only the payment network, receiving address or bank details confirmed in the current written quotation. Cryptocurrency transfers sent to the wrong asset, network or address may be irreversible.
After-sales policy
If verified purity is below 98%, or verified net content or fill is below 90% of the stated amount, the customer may choose a refund or replacement shipment. The review must connect the result to the applicable product and order using the available identifiers and supporting evidence.
If a shipment is confirmed as detained by customs, the customer may choose a refund or replacement shipment. This customer remedy does not constitute a guarantee that every shipment will clear customs or arrive within an estimated transit window.
Lotveris may request order information, product or parcel photos, the available tracking or customs record and, for a specification dispute, an independent laboratory report that identifies the tested sample. The applicable remedy is confirmed in writing against the affected order.
