Use route information as a planning reference, not a delivery promise
Lotveris reviews the destination, products, quantity, parcel conditions and currently available logistics channel before confirming a shipment. The same country can have several possible routes with different transit windows and carrier handoffs.
The ranges in this guide are working estimates from available logistics-partner route information. They exclude order preparation and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier acceptance, customs review, recipient details, remote-area service and route availability can change the final quotation.
- Send the destination country, city and postal code
- List each product, presentation and quantity
- Separate preparation time from carrier transit
- Confirm the selected route in the written quotation
- Reconfirm the route for every replenishment order
United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico
Several United States services appear in the logistics record, including express and dedicated-line options. That is why a buyer may receive a different estimate for two shipments to the same country. The selected service depends on the complete address, parcel weight and route available when the order is prepared.
Mexico and Puerto Rico require address-level review. Lotveris does not transfer an estimate from another North American destination when the source route is not directly applicable.
- United States — reference routes range from approximately 3–5 to 10–12 working days
- Canada — one recorded dedicated route estimates approximately 7–9 working days
- Puerto Rico — one recorded express route estimates approximately 4–6 working days; acceptance must be confirmed
- Mexico — request a current order-specific estimate
Europe: a broad route with a common reference window
The European route record uses an estimated 10–15 working-day window for the listed destinations. Individual-country delivery, address correction, remote-area handling and customs events can still change the observed end-to-end time.
A quoted route does not guarantee customs clearance. Buyers remain responsible for confirming destination requirements, lawful import, possession and use for the requested material.
- United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands
- Belgium, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania
- Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland and Portugal
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Greece and Croatia
- Reference route window — approximately 10–15 working days, subject to current confirmation
Middle East destination estimates
The recorded Middle East services are destination-specific and should be checked against the proposed products and current carrier conditions. The transit range begins after dispatch rather than when the buyer first submits an enquiry.
- United Arab Emirates — approximately 6–9 working days
- Bahrain and Jordan — approximately 6–9 working days
- Saudi Arabia — approximately 6–9 working days
- Oman, Kuwait and Qatar — approximately 8–12 working days
Australia, New Zealand and Asia-Pacific
Asia-Pacific routes vary by destination and service. Australia also has a slower sea-freight reference for qualifying bulk orders, so a buyer should not compare that option with an express or dedicated-line estimate.
- Australia — approximately 10–12 working days on a recorded dedicated route; a bulk sea route is recorded at about 30 days
- New Zealand — approximately 10–15 working days
- Japan — approximately 4–5 working days
- South Korea — approximately 3–5 working days
- Singapore, Manila and West Malaysia — approximately 4–5 working days
- East Malaysia — approximately 8–10 working days
- Thailand — approximately 7–10 working days
- Indonesia — approximately 12–15 working days
Latin America and other longer-route markets
The available record includes single-clearance or postal-style services for some longer-route markets. These entries require closer review of destination details and current operating status before they are treated as available.
- Brazil — approximately 15–20 working days on a recorded route; tax treatment must be confirmed
- Colombia — approximately 15–20 working days on a recorded route
- Chile — approximately 15–20 working days on a recorded route
- Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia — approximately 15–20 working days on recorded postal routes
- Routes recorded as paused are not presented as currently available
Tracking and carrier handoffs
Tracking details are shared when available for the dispatched order. Many routes can be checked through 17TRACK, which displays carrier events associated with the tracking number.
17TRACK aggregates information supplied by carriers; it does not transport the parcel. A label may exist before the first carrier scan appears, and a delayed update should be reviewed using the order reference, tracking number and latest event rather than treated as proof of loss or detention by itself.
- Keep the complete order reference
- Copy the tracking number exactly
- Check the detected carrier and latest event at 17track.net
- Allow time for the first carrier handoff scan
- Contact Lotveris with the order and tracking references when an event requires investigation
Customs declarations and buyer responsibilities
Shipping documents must describe the parcel truthfully and meet the selected carrier's requirements. Lotveris does not use this guide to promise that an item is legal in every destination or that a parcel will clear customs.
Before ordering, the buyer should check the rules that apply to purchase, import, possession and intended laboratory use at the destination. Complete and accurate recipient details also reduce address corrections, returns and avoidable clearance delays.
- Confirm local import and research-material requirements
- Provide a complete recipient name, phone number and address
- Do not request false product or value declarations
- Respond promptly if the carrier or customs authority requests information
- Keep the quotation and dispatch records with the order
Lotveris customs-detention and specification remedies
If a shipment is confirmed as detained by customs, the customer may choose a refund or replacement shipment under the Lotveris after-sales policy. This is Lotveris customer support for the affected order; it does not mean the freight provider guarantees clearance or reimburses every customs event.
For a product-specification concern, verified purity below 98%, or verified net content or fill below 90% of the stated amount, also qualifies for the customer's choice of a refund or replacement shipment. Order identifiers and relevant tracking, customs, product or independent testing evidence may be requested so the remedy is connected to the affected order.
- Confirmed customs detention — refund or replacement shipment
- Verified purity below 98% — refund or replacement shipment
- Verified content or fill below 90% of the stated amount — refund or replacement shipment
- No route or transit range is a universal customs-clearance guarantee
